Exercising also involves relaxing, stretching the muscles and coming to rest. This yoga hammock is a useful tool for this. Aerial yoga / air yoga is a form of yoga in which the exercises are done partly or completely in the air. To do these exercises, a hammock is used in which you can hang. With the support of the hammock, the pressure on the neck, shoulders and back is relieved.

The hammock comes with two door anchors that can be hung over the door and locked by closing the door. Alternatively, the hammock can also be hung from a ceiling hook. The hammock has two sturdy, length-adjustable straps to hang the hammock at the desired height. The hammock itself is made of a very soft polyester mix for comfortable use and is suitable for use up to 150kg.

When assembling the hammock, make sure that the door is strong enough to support the weight and ensure that the door is pulled into the frame during use.

My girlfriend is the one who uses this product the most, for relaxation she regularly does yoga and the extra possibilities that there are with hanging in the hammock help her to relax well. The effort itself is often less intensive than with other forms of yoga but therefore better for relaxation.

I myself still regularly suffer from tension in my back and shoulders and just hanging out for a few minutes and relieving the pressure feels very good.
