Do you sometimes get wrist pain during training? Perhaps a set of wrist straps can help. The wrist straps are wrapped around the wrist, which reduces the range of motion and supports the joint. This reduces the strain on the joint when training with a lot of weight. The wrist straps are most effective for training that puts pressure on the wrists, such as a bench press or dips.
The wrist strap has a loop that goes around the thumb, then the 8 centimeter wide strap is wrapped tightly around the wrist and held in place at the end with Velcro.

Our experience
Lately I noticed during the bicep curls and the heavier bench press that I got a nagging pain in my wrists. After the training it was quickly gone but pain is of course never pleasant. Especially during the bicep curls I noticed that my wrist was not stable so to prevent further problems I now use these wrist straps. I start the exercise without straps to strengthen the wrist but as soon as I start to feel pain I put the wrist straps on and since then I have no more pain with this exercise.
