The ideal set for anyone who wants to take up sports! With the different levels of elastics and multiple ways to use the elastics, the entire body can be trained.
The set contains 5 different elastics with a resistance of 4.5kg to 13.5kg, by using multiple elastics at the same time the combined resistance can be increased to 45kg! The elastics are equipped with a clip system on the end so that they can easily be attached to the supplied handles and ankle grips.
The two handles have a foam grip for a comfortable grip and a metal eye to attach the elastics.
Also included are two ankle straps to which the elastics can be attached. The ankle straps are adjustable in diameter with velcro and could also be used to attach the elastics to a pole for example for even more options during training.
The set also includes a door anchor which is placed on the hinge side between the door and the frame, thus offering even more options for using the elastics.

Our experience
In my opinion, a set of elastics is the easiest way to start exercising, the possibilities for exercises are almost endless and because of the different grips and anchor options you would have a good basis to start with just this package.
The resistance of the elastics is relatively low so I use them much less now than when I first started exercising. In my opinion a top package for the starting athlete but less suitable for the more experienced persons.
