The aquabag is a fun addition to any gym, home or professional. An aquabag is a sturdy PVC bag that can be filled with water. By varying the amount of water, the bag can be made lighter or heavier from 1 to 25 kilos!
The bag is inflated 75cm long and has a diameter of 20cm. The bag has four sturdy handles to control the bag during exercises.
What distinguishes the aquabag from a traditional powerbag is that the weight can be adjusted as desired and that the water can move freely and thus the center of gravity of the bag can shift in all directions. Due to this instability more different muscles are used and the muscles are also tensed more intensively.
The ability to vary in weight and the various options for use make the aquabag suitable for every level and to train the entire body. Durable design that lasts a long time, even with intensive use.

Our experience
I have been looking for power bags for a while to add to my own home gym, but you have to buy a separate bag for each individual weight, which not only takes up more space but also entails significant costs.
I recently added the aquabag to my gym and am an instant fan! The water that moves in the aquabag has surprised me several times during training and even though 25kg doesn't seem like much it feels different and more intense than training with the barbell.
