EMS stands for Electronic Muscle Stimulation, small electrical impulses are transmitted to the skin via the mat in different places and in different patterns, which causes the muscle or muscles to which it is applied to to tense in different ways.

These different patterns and tensions activate the muscles in multiple ways, which can provide different results. For example, a relaxing massage can be given after a long day at work, but also an intensive workout that helps with muscle building. During a rehabilitation process, this can also provide good support to get back to normal more quickly. By activating the muscles, blood circulation is also stimulated, which also benefits the result.

With 8 different patterns and 19 intensity levels, this device offers enough possibilities for many different applications.

The device contains its own battery and can be charged via USB cable. After 15 minutes of use, the system switches off automatically. Depending on the selected program and intensity, the device can be used approximately 10 times on a full battery.

The device has a pad that can be stuck to the skin with an adhesive layer. The pad transmits the electrical impulses to the skin, activating the underlying muscle. The closer it is to the muscle, the more activation.

The adhesive layer will slowly lose its adhesive strength with use. By keeping it clean and only using it on clean skin, its lifespan can be significantly extended.
