The pull-up is one of the best bodyweight exercises for arms, shoulders and back. This pull-up bar is clamped in the doorway after which you can do your exercises.
The assembly is very simple, by turning out the bar it becomes longer and can be clamped between the doorway. The bar contains a small spirit level to ensure that it is fixed horizontally and on both sides of the turning mechanism there is also a double concave lock to ensure that the bar remains in place during exercises. On the clamp sides the surface has been made larger and there is a non-slip plastic material to maximise the grip.
A wider grip shifts the focus of the pull-up more to the back muscles, while a narrower grip shifts the focus more to the arm muscles.
Featuring cotton handles with a sweat-absorbing outer layer and a tear-resistant inner layer.
Even if you are not yet strong enough to do a pull-up, this bar can come in handy. By attaching it a little lower in the frame so that you can keep your feet on the ground and pull yourself towards the bar, you can already train these muscles. The lower the bar hangs, the more strength is required. Conversely, this can also help when you want to practice push-ups, by doing the push-up against the bar it is less heavy than on the ground and here too you can slowly work towards a real push-up by mounting the bar lower each time.
Available in 3 versions:
- Small for frames from 69 to 107 cm wide
- Medium for frames from 90 to 137 cm wide
- Large for frames from 113 to 160 cm wide
Please note, not every frame is strong enough to use the pull-up bar, so check carefully that you do not damage anything when you use this bar. It is recommended to use the pull-up bar with a weight of up to 100kg, this is mainly for the frame, the bar can handle more weight!

I prefer to train as many different muscles as possible with 1 exercise, especially with bodyweight exercises you also train many of the smaller muscles that are not put to work with isolated exercises. The pull-up is in my opinion one of the heavier exercises but the reward afterwards is also great.
While you can do a push-up anywhere, a pull-up is more difficult. A good door frame can be found in most places and a bar like this is the ideal solution.
I also regularly hang an elastic band over the bar, which allows the triceps to be trained extremely well and in isolation.
