The push-up is one of the most well-known bodyweight exercises and very suitable for training the chest, shoulder and arm muscles. With a set of push-up supports this exercise can be made even more intensive.
The push-up supports provide extra height, allowing you to go deeper and work your muscles over a larger range. In addition, by turning the supports and adjusting the distance between them, you can shift the focus to certain muscle groups. A wider grip focuses more on the pectoral muscles, a narrower grip more on the triceps. By turning the handles, the back and shoulders are also tightened more.
Using push-up supports also changes the angle the wrists have to make, which puts less strain on them.
The push-up bars are stable and have a foam cushion for the hands for extra grip, even when you sweat.

It is a simple but effective product, the extra depth you have during the push-up is felt well and makes every repetition a lot harder than a regular push-up.
I like to do bodyweight exercises but without tools you will eventually reach a plateau. With these supports it is easy to go just that little bit further.
