Set of 3 elastics of 104 cm long and 3 cm wide. Made of soft cotton with nylon for good elasticity and comfortable use without cutting into the hands.
Resistance bands like these are often called booty bands because they are great for training the buttocks but are also very useful for training the rest of the legs and arms. These longer versions are also great for training the abs and lower back.
The set of elastics has 3 different resistances:
- Light - 5-7kg
- Medium - 7-12kg
- Heavy - 12-17kg
The use of an elastic cotton material ensures that the straps sit comfortably in place without pulling on the skin.

Our experience
Since I didn't know how my sports plans would go at that time, a set of elastics was one of the first things I bought myself to train at home. This because the investment was small but the possibilities were endless. By attaching the elastics to something, suddenly many more options arise than just the legs and arms and so I was able to train the stomach, legs and chest muscles extra before I had more suitable equipment.
I started with a set of normal rubber bands, but with my leg hair this was an uncomfortable experience to use, so now I usually use these cotton bands.
Now years later I still use elastics in almost every training in different exercises. It remains a good way to vary and to load the muscles in a different way than with weights for example.
