When lifting heavy weights, it often happens that not the muscles you want to train, but the forearms and grip strength are maximally loaded, but are not sufficient. For these moments, a set of lifting straps can come in handy. By using the lifting straps, part of the weight is transferred via the strap to the wrist, making it easier to lift heavy loads.
These straps are approximately 60cm long and have a small foam pad on the inside to protect the wrists. The cotton strap is very sturdy and ensures that even when you sweat there is more grip available. Due to the loop design these straps are universally applicable.
The strap is wrapped around the bar and held in place by the hands, when the hands are opened the strap will automatically develop itself. If the weight is still too heavy it can still be released without it hanging from the wrists.

Our experience
Personally, I am someone who always prefers to work without straps. If I can lift the weight without straps, I will always prefer that so that I also grab the forearms. However, sometimes you reach the point where the weight becomes too much or the training takes too long and the forearms no longer want to cooperate.
I choose these straps instead of a system with a hook so that I can simply drop the weight in an emergency.
