This chest expander is a multifunctional elastic set with handles with which a large number of different exercises can be done. By grabbing both handles, exercises can be done for the back and shoulders by spreading the arms, but chest presses are also possible. By standing in the loop, possibilities arise such as rows, arm raises and bicep curls. There is also an extra band with clip so that the set can also be used as support for pull-ups.
The set has 3 elastics that together provide almost 70kg of resistance. The elastics can be removed individually to reduce the resistance to the desired level. Around the elastics is a cover that prevents the elastics from getting damaged or stretched beyond their maximum.

Our experience
To keep some variation in my workouts I like to be able to switch between weights and elastics. The way the resistance builds up and the muscles are loaded is completely different which also benefits the final result.
For certain exercises, a regular elastic band is not practical and at those times this set with handles comes in very handy. The length is also different compared to the other elastic sets that we supply, which also makes a different range of exercises possible.
