This trainer is designed to train the muscles in the pelvic floor, buttocks, hips and thighs. By placing the trainer between the thighs and squeezing the two wings together, these muscles are tensed and trained. The mechanism inside can be used to increase and decrease the resistance.
This product is not directly intended for use during a workout, but rather to use in between other activities in and around the house. If you are doing something for a few minutes or are sitting in front of the TV in the evening, you can grab it and train for a while.
Because the trainer is very suitable for training the pelvic floor, it is also interesting for women who have just been pregnant and people who suffer from incontinence and it can help to reduce these problems.

Our experience
With a trend where the focus is more on round buttocks, my girlfriend has also been looking for products to help with that. What makes this trainer suitable for that is that it is specifically aimed at 1 location and is therefore more efficient than many other exercises. It is a different way of tightening than with the exercises in a normal workout so it feels different again.
Since there is no preparation required, it is very easy to grab it in between and quickly train.
