The bicep blaster is a curved metal plate that is hung around the neck. The plate hangs in front of the stomach and supports the elbows during curls. This prevents the arms from sinking or swinging and the focus remains completely on the biceps. This not only stimulates the biceps maximally but can also prevent injuries.
For comfortable use, the bicep blaster includes a neck and elbow pad.

Our experience
Despite the fact that it is supposed to be a very isolated exercise, for me the experience was that the bicep curls were one of the most tiring exercises. In order to prevent my elbows from moving I had tensed my entire body and a large part of my energy went there instead of to the correct execution of the exercise.
In the gym there is usually equipment available to train the biceps in isolation but at home I was still puzzling. For me the bicep blaster is a solution because I can relax the rest of my body more and focus better on the biceps.
The downside was that I discovered that I was cheating somewhere in the exercise and that the number of repetitions I could do in isolation was somewhat less than I thought I could do.
